ANDREA HOWE COMPLETES SEMESTER TEACHING CONSULTING SKILLS TO DOCTORAL-LEVEL PSYCHOLOGY STUDENTS
WASHINGTON, DC, May 20, 2005. BossaNova Consulting Group, a distinctive company that provides consulting expertise to consulting firms, has announced that its President and Founder, Andrea Howe, has completed a semester of collaboration with Argosy University's distinguished faculty, teaching consulting skills to doctoral-level psychology students.
In partnership with Dr. Hany Malik, President of Suntiva Executive Consulting, Andrea co-led a challenging 16-week course called Consultation in Diverse Settings. This required course familiarized students with the many settings in which clinical psychologists can function as consultants, including business, community, education, healthcare, and others. Students put into practice the concepts and skills they learned in class by embarking on a real-time ten week consulting project to local organizations.

Argosy University was created in September 1, 2001 as a result of a merger of three educational institutions, including the American Schools of Professional Psychology, which was built on the strong belief that the preparation of psychology practitioners would be better served by schools that emphasized teaching and practical training.
