BOSSANOVA FOUNDER RETURNS FOR REPEAT PERFORMANCE AT
AMERICAN UNIVERSITY’S KOGOD SCHOOL OF BUSINESS
WASHINGTON, DC, October 1, 2007 - BossaNova
Consulting Group, Inc., a distinctive company that
teaches client relationship skills to professional
services firms, announced that its President and
Founder, Andrea Howe, returned as a guest presenter at
the American University's Kogod School of Business.
Andrea spoke with students in Kogod's new Consulting
Practice and Methodologies course, a management
consulting primer for MBA candidates that prepares them
to be hired into consulting firms. The course provides
an overview of the global consulting industry. Students
gain an understanding of the consulting process as well
as specific consulting models and tools.
“Andrea Howe has been a great addition to the course,”
said Dr. Sally Fowler, Assistant Professor of Strategic
Management at the Kogod School, and the person
responsible for creating and teaching the curriculum.
“Her session on client relationship management always
draws rave reviews from the students and gives them an
entirely different perspective on what is required to be
successful in a consultative role. She provides valuable
insight for building lasting client relationships and
gives them specific tools to create extraordinary client
relationships,” Dr. Fowler continued.
“It’s an honor to be asked back every semester to work
with Dr. Fowler’s students. They are the next generation
of consultants and their ability to forge strong client
relationships from the get-go will change the consulting
industry,” said Andrea.
